A great team performance saw the 1s record a much needed victory against relegation rivals Kilkenny. Put into bat Kiddy made slow progress on a slow pitch but being able to bat their full allocation of overs meant a respectable score of 149 was made. Kilkenny started solidly but a a fantastic spell by Litten led to victory with Ramzan and Tippett cleaning up the final wickets to wrap things up.
