Great win for KCC U13s at Challow & Childrey

Only the second win of the season for KCC under 13s and what a superb effort it was. Every player contributed to an excellent team performance. KCC batted first scoring 289 for the loss of only two wickets, Ajay scoring 36 and Kamran 12. All KCC batsmen got some runs which was great to see.

In the field KCC gave their opponents no easy runs, chasing down everything and holding their catches.
Jack Launchbury took two wickets in only his second match for the club and all of our younger U13s got in on the action, Ben Hague and Tom Hall both bowling well and Leon Slater taking a great catch. Matthew gave a superb all-round performance by bowling, batting and keeping wicket and last but not least Joseph Keighery was in the wickets yet again.

Well done to KCC U13s to bounce back after the disappointment of the previous match
