Cherwell District and Kidlington Parish Council's should be ashamed.

Stratfield Brake
- John Moss

Dear All

I have been a member of this club since I was 11 (33 years), and in less than 4 months the Council have turned us into the laughing stock of Oxfordshire Cricket.

Regardless of what league we play in, we offered some of the best facilities and ground's in Oxfordshire for the past 15+ years when we controlled the preparation of pitches, now I would rather play on a school pitch if I am honest or move back to Crown Road or even away from Kidlington and find another ground.

Continental Landscapes have never prepared a wicket in their lives with the team they have appointed this season, I would have to question Cherwell District procurement process with Tax Payers money on this, they are a total Joke and I refer to Paul Almond and Tim Green and their senior management in this statement.

Tim is supposed to look after all this, but he would rather be planting flowers by the shops at Garden City then get the facility correct at Stratfield Brake.

Please Kidlington Parish Council cancel the contract with Cherwell Council and work with us to sort this out, we have no faith or trust in Continental Landscapes ever sorting this out, we have already lost many players this season and this will continue to happen if you do not listen to us.

Time for change please instantly, bring in an independent (Qualified) consultant if you do not agree with me, and I will even pay the bill to confirm what I am saying is correct.

Our ground if not already is becoming a Health and Safety risk, maybe this one comment alone will make them listen to us and take action.

I will not stop my social media posts targeting all involved until they listen and do something about it, this is also backed up with lots of emails every week to them.

Maybe the Oxford Mail would like to do an Article on Stratfield Brake?
